The National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Yola, Adamawa state has begun pre- hearing on all petitions filed before it. NEWS PLATFORM.
The tribunal began pre hearing on petitions filed by both PDP and APC candidates who participated in the just concluded 2023 general election.
Some of the petitions expected to be treated during pre hearing include: Sen. Abdulaziz Murtala Nyako of the APC against Aminu Iya Abbas, for Adamawa Central Senatorial District.
Others are: Hon. Amos Kumai Yohanna of the PDP verses Sen. Ishaku Abbo Cliff, APC and INEC for Adamawa Northern Senatorial District as well as Magaji Ja'afar against INEC, Jingi Rufai and PDP for Mubi North, South and Maiha.
Others include: Ibrahim Mas'ud Usman against Bassi Mohammed and 2 others, Joseph Ayuba Kwada verses INEC, Hon. Zakaria Dauda Nyampa and PDP for Michika/Madagali and Zango Baba Abubakar against Mohammed Salihu and 2 others for Girei, Yola North and Yola South.
