Heriju told the court the 1st and 2nd defendants were still interfering in the disputed land even when the matter is still pending before the court, saying that he is afraid that his life is danger.

It was at this juncture that the Counsel to the prosecution, M. A. Adamu, applied that the bail granted to the Honourable Councillor and the Ward Head be revoked since they deliberated refuse to obey the order of the court.

M. A. Adamu, further applied that another witness, Linus Yerima, be brought to court to corroborate the testimony of the witness who earlier told the court that the Councillor and the Royal Father have been tempering with the disputed land and threatening the lives of the complainants.

On their part, Counsels to 1st defendant, Mohammed Abubakar and that of the 2nd and 3rd defendants, M. P. Dangi, urged the court to refuse the application and prayed it to give them time to appropriately respond to the bail application.
