The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ Adamawa state Council has extended it's warmest felicitations to the Executive Governor of Adamawa state,Rt.Hon.Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri,His Deputy,Professor Kaletapwa George Farauta, Speaker, Adamawa state House of Assembly Rt Hon Bathiya Wesley, Members of the state Executive Council, Honourable lawmakers and the good people of the state on this auspicious day of 2023 Christmas celebration.
On this special day which signifies the birth of Jesus Christ,NUJ admonished Christians across all the denominations,and of course, their brothers alike, to keep on demonstrating their love for the Almighty God and mankind which is solemnly the core significance for the celebration of the season.
As contained in the Biblical Scripture , "it is because of this unique love that the Lord sent His only begotten son, Jesus Christ,to be born by a woman so that He can also die for us for the remission of our sins as well as guaranteeing salvation to mankind", the NUJ in this Holy perspective viewed it as there is No love can be greater than this in these world.
The Union enjoined all the people of Adamawa state to savour the beauty, Serene and classical infrastructural development being embark upon by the present administration of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri in forging ahead with the formidable peace existing among the heterogeneous cultures across the state.
Christians should also continue building bond of brotherhood and mutual trust with the other faith for sustainable peace as well as using the period to pray for the Governor, traditional institutions, Religious leaders, political class and all strata of life.
Certainly, this Christmas is another season of joy, immeasurable love and boundless salvation to mankind.
May it bring to humanity, good tidings.
