Middle Belt Coalition Inaugurates Exco for Adamawa Chapter



The Middle -Belt Coalition Movement on Monday, inaugurated the executive council saddled with the responsibility of piloting the affairs of the coalition Adamawa state chapter.


Those inaugurated include Comrade Salihu Biriji Banjiram, Coordinator, Apagu Ijaduwa, Deputy Coordinator, Piyeno Richard Dore, Abubakar J. Yohaya, and Sunday Amos, Deputy Coordinators Adamawa South, Central and North respectively.


Others include, Joel Samanja Jecol, Secretary, Vitalis Haniel, Assistant Secretary, Mary Ornan, Treasurer, Alh. Tanko Joda, Assistant Treasurer, Sali Musa, Financial Secretary, Hon. James Toungo, Assistant Financial Secretary and Amsam Taddawus, Women Leader.


Other Exco are Hajiya Miriam Ibrahim, Assistant Women Leader, Moses Pukuma, Youth Leader, Hon. Emmanuel Dominic, Assistant Youth Leader, Panassum Rissa, Organizing Secretary, Akauyau Engineer, Assistant Organizing Secretary, Boniface Waziri, PRO I, Bashir Mohammed PRO II, Danladi Daniel, Auditor I, Auwal Usman, Auditor 2, 


Also, the 30 officials inaugurated include Rollyson Holga, Legal Advisor I, Anthony Gombi, Legal Adviser II, Ibrahim Isa Bajabure, Director Media, Ibrahim Babangida, Director Media 2, Mohammed Isa, Hon. Manasseh Yaromaikyau, Pwadi Bedan, Emmanuel Kaffe and Jonathan Sunday as ex-offio's 1 to 5.


Speaking at the event, the National Coordinator of the coalition, Eng. Kube Akila Dwana, said that the body is a socio political platform that caters for the wellbeing of ethic nationalities.


He explained that the coalition is an ideological body that takes care of all the people who are disenchanted or dissatisfied with the setting of the majority tribes in the country; hence, the inauguration of the exco to steer the affairs of the coalition in the state.


He explained that the coalition is not inclined to any political party or religion as it is free for everybody, insisting that all they want is unity, justice and fairness so that Nigeria will move under the united front.


He said that they have gathered to give Nigeria their best and called on ethic nationalities in Adamawa state to rally round the executive to enable them succeed in taking the coalition to the greater heights.


He said that the forum was established to bring unity, love and progress, promote cultures, norms and values of the citizens in the middle belt, saying that the middle belt is meant to unite and bring about peace and progress.


Eng. Kube decried lack of unity, nepotism, religious bigotry as major problems affecting the north and Nigeria in general, lamenting that the northerners betray themselves for lack of wisdom, love for one another and cooperation.


Also speaking, the Adamawa State Coordinator, Comrade Salihu Biriji Banjiram, stated that the coalition is called socio political movement and ready to support whoever that has the interest of the forum and the society at heart.


Comrade Biriji, appreciated the national exco of the coalition for finding them worthy to be inaugurated in order to run the affairs of the coalition and pledged to justify the confidence reposed in them.


Croos section of the officials who spoke at the event, applauded the inauguration of the coalition and appealed to sons and daughters who have the interest of the middle belt at heart to join the movement.
