ADHA SPEAKER, OTHER LAWMAKERS CONDOLE GOV FINTIRI OVER THE DEATH OF HIS FATHER


The Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Aminu Iya Abbas, and several other members of the house have condoled the Executive Governor of the state, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, over the death of his father.
The Speaker along side other members including the Chief Whip of the Hon. Joseph Ayuba Kwada(Michika), Hon. Simon Isa (Song), Hon. Adwawa Donglock(Guyuk), Hon.Westly Bathiya(Hong), described the death as great loss not only to the Governor but their respective constituencies and the state at large.
In their separate condolence messages, the speaker and the members sympathised with the Governor, his family and the entire state over the passing away of his father.
The Speaker and the members condoled Governor on their behalf and that of their respective constituencies, praying Allah to grand him the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. Magistrate Adamu ordered the remand of Nakura when he was arraigned before him over multiple allegations slammed against him by the Adamawa State Police Command. Alh. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM. Prof. Bulus Luka Gadiga. The leadership of the concerned citizens took a swipe at the erstwhile Governor for disrespecting the Royal Father, Michika Chiefdom and the entire good people of Michika.
