The Member representing Demsa constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Kate Raymond Mamuno, has congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, on his inauguration for 2nd term.
The female legislator has also felicitated with Prof. Kaletapwa Farauta, over her inauguration as the 1st female Deputy Governor in Adamawa State.
Hon. Mamuno, who felicitated with Fintiri as well as his Deputy while speaking to newsmen in Yola on Thursday, appreciated God for the peaceful inauguration.
She also thanked God for what He has done in Adamawa state in terms of development through Fintiri, and wished both of them success while steering the ship of the State.
She commended the Governor for picking Prof. Kaletapwa, as his Deputy which according to her it is the 1st of its kind not only in Adamawa State but the entire Northeast.
According to her, Adamawa women are happy and proud of Fintiri for picking one of them to deputise him, explaining that Governor Fintiri picked Prof. Kaletapwa, because of her wealth of experience in academic sector.
She advised her to be focused and bring her wealth of experience to bare in order to succeed, and appealed to women and youth to rally round her to enable her deliver on her mandate.
