EID-EL-KABIR: BABA- INNA FETES FAITHFUL, HARPS ON PEACE, UNITY

 



Erstwhile Gubernatorial Candidate of the People's Redemption Party (PRP), Lt. Commander Ibrahim Baba-Inna (rtd), has extended his hearty felicitations to Muslims umma on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir celebration.


Baba Inna, felicitated with Muslims in Adamawa state and nation at large in his Sallah message to newmen in Yola, Adamawa state.


"I extend my heartfelt greetings and warm wishes to all Muslims in Nigeria. May the blessings of this auspicious festival fill your hearts with joy, peace, and prosperity". He prayed.


He stated that Eid-ul-Adha holds a special place in their hearts as it reminds them of the remarkable faith, sacrifice, and devotion of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), saying that it is a time to reflect on the values of compassion, unity, and selflessness. 


"Let us come together as one community, regardless of our differences, and celebrate the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood". Baba Inna added.


He said," As we gather with our families and loved ones to offer prayers and share meals, let us also remember those who are less fortunate. The true essence of this blessed day lies in extending compassion and support to those in need. By embodying the principles of generosity and charity, we can make a positive impact and uplift the lives of our fellow citizens".


He tasked them to reflect on the challenges that lie ahead as the nation faces various socio-economic and political issues which require their collective efforts to resolve it. 


He prayed thus:"May your sacrifices and prayers be accepted, and may this festive season bring you immense joy, peace, and prosperity. May we all find strength and inspiration in our faith to overcome challenges and work towards a better Nigeria".


He further urged them to channel the spirit of Eid-ul-Adha to foster unity, promote understanding, and work towards a brighter future for all, and wished them and their your loved ones a blessed Eid-ul-Adha.
