SEND A BOY FRIEND OF MY DAUGHTER TO PRISON...WOMAN BEGS YOLA COURT

A 50 year old woman, Ladi Daniel has sued a boyfriend of her daughter, Kube Jibril Solomon to Criminal Area Court II Yola in Adamawa state over alleged impregnating her daughter.


Ladi Daniel informed the court on Wednesday that the defendant has put her daughter in a family way twice and later abandoned her and got married to another girl.


She pleaded with the court to send him to prison custody and be ordered to pay damages and take care of his child, lamenting that Kube impregnated her daughter when she was in GSS 3.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. Magistrate Adamu ordered the remand of Nakura when he was arraigned before him over multiple allegations slammed against him by the Adamawa State Police Command. Alh. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM.
