Ndari, was said to have wrestled the judge after which he took to his heels so as to escape the wrath of the judge, but that the judge raised alarm where he ordered his security guard to prevent the bailiff from going out.

In compliance with their bosse's directives, the security guard blocked the gate and prevented the bailiff from going out where they held his hands very tight.

Justice Goji, ran and met the bailiff who was struggling to escape and started punching him on the head and face and took the intervention of a man who rescued him.

Irked by his action, Chief Magistrate Digil, ordered the police command to deploy its men in order to arrest the high court judge with immediate effect.
