The Chairman Adamawa State Internal Revenue Services, Alhaji Hammanadama Njabari has congratulated the citizens especially the tax payers on the occasion of 2022 Eid-El-Fitr sallah celebration.
Njabari in a message made available to newsmen in Yola on behalf of management and the entire staff of the AIRS, admonished people to continue exhibiting the habit of tolerance, forgiveness, assist the needy and maintain peaceful coexistence even after the holy month of Ramadan.
The Chairman specifically congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, his Deputy Chief Crowther Seth, members of the State Executive Council, Speaker of the House Rt.Hon. Aminu Iya Abbas, leadership of the 7th Assembly, relevant financial committee members and other members of the Hon. house, SSG Mal. Bashir Ahmad, CoS GHY, Professor Maxwell Gidado, HRH, the Lamido Adamawa Dr. Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Mustapha and members of the Adamawa State Council of Emirs and Chiefs on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr Sallah Celebration.
He also called on Muslim faithful to use the lesson learned during spiritual month of Ramadan to the larger society so as to promote religious tolerance, understanding and charity for the less privilege in the society.
The Revenue Boss however called on the people of the state to support Fintiri led adminstration in its effort to boost revenue generation by paying their taxes to enable Government execute people oriented projects in Adamawa State.
