Alh. Bamanga Hayatu, Sarkin Hurumi Mayo-Ine
The Member representing Fufore-Gurin constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Ismail Bobbo Umar Daware, has led high powered delegation from Daware community in Fufore LGA on a thank-you visit on the District Head of Mayo-Ine for appointing Alh. Bamanga Hayatu as "Sarkin Hurumi" Mayo-Ine.
Hon. Barr. Ismail, was accompanied during the visit by the members representing Maiha and Nasarawo Binyeri constituencies at the assembly, Hon. Ahmed Jingi Belel and Hon. Muhammed Babangida Njidda respectively.
The delegation from Daware community in Fufore LGA led by the Legislator, stormed the palace of the District Head of Mayo Ine, Alh. Lawal Mustapha, to register its appreciation for appointing Alh. Bamanga Hayatu as "Sarkin Hurumi" Mayo-Inne.
Speaking during the visit, Hon. Barr. Ismail, noted with delight the existing cordial relationship between Mayo-Inne and Daware Districts, saying that the people of the area will continue to remain grateful and strive to further cement the relationship between the two districts.
He thanked the District Head of Mayo-Ine, Alh. Lawal Mustapha, for finding their son worthy of the tittle, describing it as honor done to the entire community.
Responding, the District Head of Mayo-Ine, Alh. Lawal Mustapha, (Marafan Adamawa) advised the new title holder to follow the footstep of his late father, explained that the tittle was conferred on him based on merit and his contributions to Adamawa emirate.
The royal father advised the new tittle holder to continue to follow the footstep of his late father whom he described as his best friend before his demise.
In his remark, the new Hurumi Mayo Ine, Alh. Bamanga Hayatu thanked the district head for finding him worthy of the chieftaincy title and promised to discharged his duties effectively.
