The Appeal Court Yola Division on Thursday, granted leave to the incumbent President Chartered Institute of Professional Printers of Nigeria (CIPPON), Mr. Olugbemi Malomo, to file notice and grounds of appeal.
It is in the light of the foregoing that the leadership as well as members of the CIPPON across the nation and the general public are advised to disregard rumours making round that Mr. Omoniyi Adesoye, has been confirmed as leader of CIPPON.
The rumours making round is nothing but tissue of lies fabricated by mischief makers who are hell bent in destroying the reputable image of CIPPON under the able leadership of Mr. Malomo.
The members of CIPPON are to note that the rumours which are baseless, unfounded and completely false which emanated from the arc-enemies of CIPPON contrary to the ruling of the appellate court sitting in Yola, Adamawa State Capital.
At its resumed proceedings on Thursday, the Appeal Court granted an application of the President of CIPPON, Mr. Olugbemi Malomo, through his Counsel, M. M. Tumba, to file notice and grounds of appeal.
It is against this background that the members of the CIPPON are called upon to remain calm and be law abiding and desist from dishing out fake information to the general public.
