The Chairman Adamawa Internal Revenue Service (AIRS) Alh. Hamman Adama Njabari has felicitated with Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, his Deputy Prof. Kaletapwa Farauta, on the occasion of new year celebrations.
Alh. Njabari, has also felicitated with the Secretary to the State Goverment(SSG), Barr. Awwal Tukur, Chief of Staff Dr. Edga Amos and other members of the State Executive Council.
The Revenue Boss, also extended his new year message to the Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley, ADHA Members and House Committee on Finance, ALGON, Council of Adamawa Emirs and Chiefs, stakeholders, Tax Payers and the good people of Adamawa state on the occasion of 2024 New Year celebration.
Alh. Njabari in a new year message on behalf of the management and the entire AIRS Staff, urged Adamawa people to complement the effort of the Fintiri's led administration of moving the state forward by paying their taxes on time.
He applauded the commitment and sincerity of purpose in the Fintiri's leadership as Governor of the State, confirming that he has been able to provide infrastructural development to the state, empower hundreds of thousands of Youth and women and provide basic needs at the doorstep of the electorate.
He also reiterated the commitment of the board in boosting the revenue generation of the state and called on all stakeholders to join hands with the government of Ahmadu Fintiri for the betterment of Adamawa.
He said in this period, the people of Adamawa State and the country in general, should embrace peace and love one another, stressing that this is the reason for the season.
The AIRS Boss also charged them to use the period to pray fervently for peace unity and development of Adamawa State.
