2027: ADHA Legislator Tasks APC Faithful on Unity, Commitment



The Member representing Mubi South Constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Yohanna Sahabo Jauro, has tasked leaders and supprters of the APC to demonstrate commitment for the unity and progress of the party ahead of 2027 poll.


Hon. Yohanna Sahabo stated this during a One Day Grassroots Stakeholders Engagement/ Sensitisation meeting organised by Nine Members of the assembly under the platform of the APC and held in Yola, Adamawa State Capital.


The APC Lawmaker stated that the meeting availed them the opportunity where the stakeholders discussed on the way forward and how their party will succeed at all levels.


According to him, the party has a good chance, and assured that it is going to win election, urging them not to relent in their commitment towards ensuring the victory of the party.


On rumours that some chieftains of the party are cross carpeting to ADC, the lawmaker dismissed the rumours, saying that their members are not defecting to any political party.


He explained that looking at the calibre of stakeholders who participated in the meeting, one will know that the party is intact and working hard to succeed.


He appealed to the participants to strive towards the success of the party by creating awareness and sensitisation across nooks and crannies of the society to enable the electorate join the party.


Hon. Yohanna Sahabo Jauro called for the unity and commitment among the party members ahead of the 2027 general election, assuring that with unity and understanding, the party will clinch the elective posts during the election.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM.
