The Adamawa State Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, has charged newly passed-out police constables to be of good conduct.
CP Dankombo, who gave the charge while addressing the police constables at the police headquarters on Tuesday, urged them to uphold honesty, dedication, discipline, rule of law as they begin their careers in the force.
He tasked them the to remain steadfast, exercise their discretionary powers responsibly, and avoid actions that could bring disrepute to the force in the discharge of their duties.
They will be deployed to their respective LGs of origin within the state in line with the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D's commitment to improving public safety and security through a community-oriented and people-centered policing strategy.
