Man Sodomises 12 Yrs Old Boy, 2 Others in Adamawa



A middle age man identified as Abubakar Abdulsalam has been remanded in prison custody for allegedly defiling 12 years old boy (names withheld) and 2 others in Adamawa state. News Platform 


Abdulsalam of Yolde Pate in Yola South LGA equally penetrated 8 and 10 years old girls respectively of the same address on the 19th April, 2025.


The defendant was remanded at the correctional centre by the Chief Magistrate Court II presided by Magistrate A. M. Adamu.


He was charged to the court for "defilement and unnatural offence" contrary to sections 263 and 211 of the Adamawa State Penal Code Law 2018.


He was charged to court by the Prosecuting Police Officer, Inspector Ibrahim Aliyu, on First Information Report.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences.
