Senator Adamawa North Congratulates Marwa on Reappointment as Chair/CEO NDLEA
The Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, Amos K. Yohanna, has congratulated General Mohammadu Buba Marwa (Rtd.) on his reappointment as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
Marwa was recently reappointed as Chairman and CEO of the agency for another five year-term by President Bola Tinubu.
Senator Amos Yohanna who congratulated the NDLEA Boss when he visited him in office, commended him for his effort in combating drug abuse and trafficking.
"As a proud son of Adamawa North, Gen. Marwa’s commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s fight against drug abuse and illicit trafficking continues to make our senatorial district and entire state proud.
"Your reappointment is, without doubt, a well-deserved recognition of your exceptional leadership and the remarkable transformation you brought to the NDLEA.
"During our meeting, I commended him for his dedication, professionalism, and the impact of his work on national security and youth protection. I am confident that this renewed mandate will further consolidate the tremendous gains achieved under his stewardship", said Senator Amos.
He prayed God to continue to guide and strengthen him as he carries out the national assignment.
