Dr. Victor Sunday Kwambuge Resigns from PDP, Joins APC






In a significant political development in Adamawa State, Dr. Victor Sunday Kwambuge, has officially resigned from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and joined the All Progressives Congress (APC).


Dr. Kwambuge confirmed his new political alignment after registering earlier today in Madzi Ward, Michika Local Government Area. 


His move follows the recent defection of his Principal, Sen. Amos Yohana, who also left the PDP for the APC after engaging with constituents in Mubi Local Government Area.


He stated that the decision reflects a shared vision for stronger leadership, purposeful representation, and greater development opportunities for the people.


Dr. victor further reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the APC at the grassroots as political activities gradually build toward the 2027 General Elections.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM.
