Adamawa State Commissioner of Police CP, SK Akande, has deployed no fewer than 431 newly recruited constables to various Divisional Police Headquaters.
Addressing cross section of the Constables at the Police Headquaters on Monday, the Police Boss urged them strive towards ensuring safety of communities as well as shun all corrupt practices.
He tasked them to be good ambassadors of their families, Adamawa State and Nigeria Police Force as a whole and be committed towards upholding professionalism.
CP Akande, in a release by the Spokesman of the Command, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, said that the deployment is in-line with the Community Policing Policy of the Federal Government of Nigeria and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Usman Alkali Baba.
While wishing the newly passed out Constables a successful carrier, CP Akande, urged them to maintain integrity as well as God fearing in their policing approach to foster community safety.
