The member representing Numan constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Pwamwakeno Mackondo, has scored the Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri-led administration high on the delivery of dividends of democracy.
Rt. Hon. Mackondo, who is the Chairman House Standing Committee on State Planning, congratulated Governor for clocking 1 year in office in his second tenure.
The PDP Lawmaker in a congratulatory message to Fintiri on Wednesday, said that the "Fresh Air Governor" has performed creditably well in delivering on his campaign promises and wished him sound health and wisdom in piloting the affairs of the state.
The former Deputy Speaker described Fintiri as "Project Governor, Hasken Toungo, Flyover Governor" as well as "peoples' Governor", explaining that he has been given all the names because of his outstanding performance.
He said that Fintiri is one of the best performing Governors in Nigeria today, and that as Lawmakers, they are supporting him to enable him deliver more dividends of democracy to his electorate.
According him, Adamawa State will continue to record significant progress with Fintiri on the helms of affairs, saying that Fintiri led administration has been doing wonderfully well in critical sectors including education, infrastructure, health among others.
He advised him to focus more attention on security as he works hard to continue to touch the lives of electorate, saying that there will be progress wherever there is adequate security of lives and property.
He said whenever Fintiri promised to do something, he matches his words with action, and further commended him for delivering on his mandate.
Rt. Hon. Pwamwakeno Mackondo, said as legislators, they will continue to support him for the benefit of their constituents, adding that Fintiri has been impacting positively on the lives of the people.
