The Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley, has symphatised with victims of wind storm which affected several communities in Hong LGA.
The Speaker, in a press statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Hyellamada Bernard expressed concern over the natural disaster which wrecked havoc several communities thereby rendering them homeless.
The statement disclosed that the Speaker had already directed officials from Adamawa State Emergency Management Agency ADSEMA and NEMA to visit the affected communities for on the spot assessments for necessary intervention.
While calling on the victims to take it as an act of God, the Speaker prayed God to avert the future occurance.
The communities visited by the assessment team include Pella, Garari, Wuro Garba, Jabba, Lugga and Mombol.
