Senator Adamawa North Distributes Assorted Food Items, others to Constituents
The Senator Representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, Amos K. Yohanna, has distributed assorted food items as well as other essentials to his electorate.
The items were distributed to cross section of electorate across Maiha, Michika, Madagali, Mubi North, and Mubi South Local Government Areas of Adamawa North Senatorial District.
The items distributed include 5,000 bags of rice, 1,000 cartons of spaghetti, 200 bags of sugar, 500 cartons of cooking oil, 500 pieces of wrappers, 500 pieces of men’s clothing materials and 500 pieces of children’s wears.
The gesture was in furtherance of the Senator Amos Yohanna's commitment to the welfare and well-being of his constituents.
Senator Amos said that the intervention was designed to provide relief and support to vulnerable households, particularly in the face of prevailing economic challenges, and to reaffirm his belief that representation must be people-centered and compassionate.
He said, "I remain convinced that leadership goes beyond legislative responsibilities; it must also reflect empathy, responsiveness, and a genuine concern for the everyday realities of the people.
"This exercise is part of my continuous efforts to complement government initiatives and ensure that support reaches those who need it most.
He promised to continue to remain steadfast in his commitment to service, inclusive representation, and sustained development across Adamawa North Senatorial District.
