As Muslims in and around Adamawa State join the rest of the world in celebrating Eid-El-Kabir, the former Governor of the State, Barr. Bala James Ngilari, has conveyed his hearty felicitations to Muslims Ummah in the state.
The former Governor however urged on the faithful to continue to pray for leaders at all level of the nation's system for God to restore peace and serenity that the world knew Nigeria for.
Barr. Ngilari in a statement made available to NEWS PLATFORM in Yola, said that Eid is always a time of reflection, ibadah and family bonding, adding that it is a period where friends and family come together to eat, drink and share in love.
According to him, the period is a time of reflection of the past, present and future which is necessary to make people work hard to become better people as God commended.
Barr. Bala James Ngilari, expressed hope that all nations around the globe will experience love and peace because of this season, and wished Muslim ummah a blessed celebration.
