The Chief Magistrate Court III sitting in Yola Adamawa State on Friday, ordered the remand of a Frontline Philantropist, Dr. Emmanuel Musa, and 3 others in prison custody for allegedly killing Thomas Godwin Zamfara. News Platform  The court presided by Chief Magistrate Uwani Danladi Mohammed, ordered that the defendants be remanded in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 7th July, 2025. According to the court, the adjournment is to await legal advice from the DPP Ministry of Justice Adamawa state. With this order Dr. Emmanuel Musa and 3 others will remain behind bars until then. The defendants arraigned in court include Godwin Chukukuyada, Danlami Nuhu, Ibrahim Bakari (aka Mai Cross), Stephen Peter currently at large and Dr Emmanuel N. Musa. They were arraigned for the offence of criminal conspiracy and culpable homicide contrary to sections 60 and 191 of Adamawa State Penal Code 2018 as amended. Breaking: Court Sends Gambo Nakura to Prison for Insulting Ribadu, Alisha Buhari, Others

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. Magistrate Adamu ordered the remand of Nakura when he was arraigned before him over multiple allegations slammed against him by the Adamawa State Police Command. Alh. Gambo Nakura was arraigned before the court for the offences of defamation of character, use of insulting and abusive language, disturbance of public peace and inciting disturbance contrary to sections 378, 379, 385 and 80 of the penal code law. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM. Prof. Bulus Luka Gadiga. The leadership of the concerned citizens took a swipe at the erstwhile Governor for disrespecting the Royal Father, Michika Chiefdom and the entire good people of Michika. According to them, the conduct of the former Governor of Adamawa state who hails from Michika Chiefdom has left many deeply disappointed, saying his failure to liberate his people from oppression when he had the chance remains a painful reminder of what happens when leadership lacks vision and resolve.
