Rt. Hon. Bathiya, had while welcoming his colleagues from Christmas and New Year celebrations, urged them to be committed in meeting the yearnings and aspirations of their electorate.
He reminded them that their constituents have placed their trust in them, saying "it is our duty to honor it by working for the overall development of our constituencies and Adamawa State at large".
"Therefore, as we resume our legislative duties today, it is crucial that we prioritize the needs of our constituents in order to meet their yearnings and aspirations", Rt. Hon. Bathiya added.
He appreciated Almighty God, for making it possible for them and their constituents to celebrate Christmas and New Year peacefully and in good health.
