MICHIKA FLOODING: ADHA CHIEF WHIP SYMPATHISES WITH VICTIMS, LAUDS FINTIRI'S INTERVENTION



The member representing Michika constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Moses Yerima Zah, has commiserated with the victims of flooding at Blabiri community in Michika LGA.


Hon. Moses Yerima Zah, also applauded Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, for visiting the community to commiserate with the victims as well as for an on the spot assessment of the havoc wrecked by the flooding.


It could be recalled that flooding had over the weekend destroyed several houses as well as food items, leaving the inhabitants of the community counting their losses.


Hon. Moses Yerima Zah, had while commiserating with his constituents particularly the victims, said that he shares in the pains being felt more especially by the victims and entire Michika constituency.


The lawmaker urged them to be comforted in the fact that it was a natural disaster and that nobody can question God on what had happened.


He used the opportunity and commended Governor Fintiri for his timely intervention in constituting a committee and promising to take measures to proffer lasting solution on the flooding.
