Sen Amos Yohanna Celebrates Sons, Daughters of Michika, Madagali Honoured with Traditional Titles



The Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, Amos K. Yohanna has celebrated illustrious sons and daughters of Madagali and Michika LGAs respectively bestowed with prestigious traditional titles.


His Royal Highness, Prof. Luka Bulus, Mbege Ka Michika and His Royal Highness Dr. Ali Danburam, Ptil Madagali conferred traditional titles.


The Senator on behalf of teeming electorate congratulated cross section of the sons and daughters of the LGAs for the honour done to them by their Royal Fathers.


"I warmly congratulate the illustrious sons and daughters of Michika and Madagali who have been conferred with prestigious traditional titles by His Royal Highness Prof. Luka Bulus, Mbege Ka Michika and His Royal Highness Dr. Ali Danburam, Ptil Madagali.


"This recognition is not only a personal honour to the recipients but also a testament to the enduring legacy of our culture, the value of selfless service, and the bond between leadership and tradition in our land.


He felicitated with the honorees from Michika Chiefdom including Maj. Gen. Bitrus Kwaji (OON, Rtd.) – Sasərəgwe ra ka Mwəcəka (The Star of Michika), Maj. Gen. Markus Ghinga Kangye – Myədala ra ka Mwəcəka (The Leader/Conqueror of Michika), Ctr. Elisha Luka Gadiga (Rtd.) – Dləvie ra ka Mwəcəka (The Honor of Michika), Hon. Adamu Kamale – Katsala ra ka Mwəcəka (The Hero of Michika) and Amb. Ibrahim Mohammed Bashir (OFR) – Kambie ka Mwəcəka (The Noble/Administrator of Michika).


Others include Haj. Halima Buba (OON) – Mbələa ka Mwəcəka (Zinariya) (The Glory of Michika), Hon. The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM. Prof. Bulus Luka Gadiga. The leadership of the concerned citizens took a swipe at the erstwhile Governor for disrespecting the Royal Father, Michika Chiefdom and the entire good people of Michika.
