Sen Amos K Yohanna Congratulates Newly Elected PDP Exco



The Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, Amos  K Yohanna, has congratulated the newly elected exco of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.


Senator Amos K. Yohanna congratulated all the entire exco of the party who emerged victorious during congress conducted in in Yola, Adamawa  State state on Saturday.


He said, " I heartily congratulate all the newly elected State Executive Officers of our great party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), in Adamawa State, following the just concluded peaceful and well coordinated State Congress.

 

"Your emergence is a testament to the confidence reposed in you by our party faithful and a call to greater responsibility. I urge you to discharge your duties with fairness, inclusivity, and commitment to the ideals of the PDP, as we continue to consolidate our unity and strengthen our base ahead of future electoral victories.


"As always, you will find in me a partner in progress, ready to work hand in hand with the new leadership in deepening democracy and delivering dividends of good governance to the people of Adamawa State.


He commended the leader of our party in the state,  Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his fairness in yet again coordinating a free and fair congress.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. Magistrate Adamu ordered the remand of Nakura when he was arraigned before him over multiple allegations slammed against him by the Adamawa State Police Command. Alh. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM.
