About 11suspected kidnappers have just handed over their arms in repentance from kidnapping in and around Girei Local Government Area in Adamawa State.
This is coming as the Adamawa state police nabbed 71 suspects including the surrendered kidnappers in connection with various criminal activities ranging from kidnapping, armed robbery among others.
