MAULUD: FINTIRI FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFUL, URGES PRAYERS

Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has extended his warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah on the commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

“This occasion called for deeper reflections within the human race and urged the faithful to rededicate themselves to the commandments and shun all kinds of mischief that might disrupt public peace and brotherhood.”

A release by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Humwashi Wonosikou, noted that the commemoration of Maulud serves as a reminder to lead an impactful life for the good of humanity.

He appealed them to take advantage of the noble messenger's bequeathed laws, ethics, manners, and relationships with fellow human being.

“I join the rest of the world in congratulating Muslims on this special day and urge everyone to reflect on the lessons of the Prophet's birth and life.”

He called on Muslims in Adamawa State to use the occasion to pray for the peace of Nigeria, especially during these challenging times of economic hardship. “Let us continue to support the government in our state to do more for the people.”

“I assure Adamawa residents that our government will continue to work tirelessly for their benefit. Your support and understanding are crucial in these times.”
