The Senator representing Adamawa Northern Senatorial District, Rev. Amos Yohanna Kumai, has congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, for winning "African Man of the Year" award.
Senator Rev. Amos Yohanna, and on behalf of entire Nothern Senatorial District, extended hearty felicitations to the Governor for clinching another award in recognition of his administration's commitment to promoting gender equality.
He said that the award by the Future Women Conference Lagos, Nigeria, did not come as a surprise and lauded the "Fresh Air Governor" for once again putting Adamawa state and its people in the spotlight of equality and excellence.
He pointed out that the Governor Fintiri has dedicated himself for the servive to humanity; hence, his remarkable successes in infrastructural development, health, education, security, women empowerment programmes among other critical sectors.
He noted that the award was in recognition of the topmost priority accorded to women folk by Fintiri led administration and also acknowledged other notable recognitions bagged by the Governor and attributed same to his administration's strides.
"I wish to sincerely congratulate you on this feat. I wish you more exciting accomplishments on behalf of the good and peace loving people of the Adamawa Northern Senatorial District", said Senator RAY.
According to him, the exceptional performance of Governor Fintiri, is as as a result hard work, resilience, commitment, sacrifice, wealth of experience, and selfless service to humanity.
While pledging his unalloyed support and cooperation to the Governor on behalf of his teeming electorate, Senator Rev. Amos Yohanna Kumai, urged him to keep the flag flying for the betterment of the citizens.
