The Senator representing Adamawa Northern Senatorial District, Rev. Amos Yohanna Kumai, has extended his hearty felicitations to Governor Ahmadu Umaru and the entire Muslim Ummah as they celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad.
In his goodwill message, Senator Rev. Amos Yohanna, specifically rejoiced with Governor Fintiri, the Emir of Mubi, HRH. Alh. Dr. Abubakar Isa Ahmadu, and the entire Muslim Ummah in the Northern Senatorial District on the occasion of this year's Eid-el-Maulud.
The Distinguished Senator said that he is delighted to send greetings of peace, unity and goodwill to the faithful particularly in the Northern Senatorial District as they observe and celebrate Maulud.
He called on all Muslims to use the opportunity to reflect on the teachings of the Prophet who lived a life of piety and prayer, urging them to strive for forgiveness, peace and unity in the zone and Adamawa state in general.
He also appealed to them not to relent in praying for the sustenance of peace, unity and for the state and nation at large at this critical time, and wished them happy celebration.
Senator Rev Amos Yohanna Kumai, reassured of his commitment to providing people meaningful representation, and appealed to them to continue in supporting him so as to enable him deliver on his mandate.
