Senator Adamawa North Commits to Inclusive Opportunities for Youths



The Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, Amos K. Yohanna has reiterated his commitment to ensuring young people are accorded inclusive opportunities to enable the realise their full potentials.


Senator Amos stated this when he granted audience to the leadership of the Adamawa North Youths Forum, ably led by Faisal Mohammed.


During their interaction, Sen Amos, promised to focus his representation on pressing issues affecting teeming youths in his senatorial district, and appealed for their support to continue to build a stronger, more inclusive Adamawa North.


"Today, I had a fruitful and an inspiring engagement with the leadership of the Adamawa North Youths Forum, ably led by Faisal Mohammed.


"Our conversation focused on pressing issues affecting young people in our senatorial district; especially our graduates who are in search of meaningful opportunities. 


"We discussed how my office can continue to support youth empowerment through sustainable initiatives, capacity building, and job creation.


I listened carefully as they shared their concerns, ideas, and aspirations. It was a reminder that the energy, talent, and potentials of our youth must never be underestimated", said Senator Amos.


According  to him, the growth and prosperity of their young people is central to his legislative and developmental agenda. 


He said that he understands the challenges they face, and reassured them that he is working on practical solutions that will lead to self-reliance, innovation, and lasting impact.


He pointed out that the youths are not just the leaders of tomorrow, they are partners in building the future today, saying "Together, we will continue to build a stronger, more inclusive Adamawa North".

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM.
