Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state has approved a minor cabinet reshufflement which affected six (6) Honourable Commissioners.
Those affected include Sanusi Farouk Jauro who until now was Commissioner for Youth and Sport Development. He has been moved to Special Duties; Mohammed Umar moved from Local Government Affairs to Ministry of Land and Survey, while Ibrahim Mijinyawa replaces him at the Ministry of Local Government Affairs.
Others are; Alloysious Babadoke who was moved from Special Duties to Youth and Sport Development while Umar Daware and Dr. Dishi Khobe are to swap positions with Umar Daware taking over the Ministry of Agriculture, while Dr Dishi Khobe takes over Ministry of Tertiary and Professional Education as Commissioner.
This is contained in a state signed by the press secretary to the Governor, Humwashi Wonosiko, and made available to newsmern in Yola on Friday.
The redeployment is intended to create a new vigour and vitality for service delivery which has been the hallmark of the Government of the Rt.Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
According to him, the redeployment and postings is with immediate effect, and wished them well in their new Ministries, and further directed them to hand over and move to their new postings without delay.
