ADAMAWA GETS NEW UPPER AREA COURT 4..BEGINS SITTINGS

In his quest towards ensuring access to justice and quick dispensation of cases as well as efficient administration of justice, the Adamawa State Acting Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Nathan Musa, has established new Upper Area Court number 4.

This brings to the total number of 4 upper Area courts in Jimeta Yola,  the Adamawa state capital.

The establishment of the court is in line with Justice Nathan's derive towards reforming and expanding judiciary so as to ensure efficient justice delivery; thereby, restoring hope and confidence in the judicial system in Adamawa.

Already, the new court presided by Honourable Ibrahim Ulenda Musa, its pioner judge has fully taken off on Monday where the judge presided over cases brought before the court with a view to ensuring justice to all.

NEWS PLATFORM who visited the court at former Chief Magistrate Court (CMC) YolaTown, saw the court wearing a new look with new case/suit files, judicial forms and other court's documents bearing the name of the new court with conspicuous and strategic signboard.

The pioner Hon.Judge was seen not only presiding over cases with his staff fully on ground but tirelessly working round the clock as a vibrant/workaholic Judge in ensuring the unprecedented policies and programmes of his lordship, the Acting CJ is not only achieved but must be seen to have been implemented to the latter as the last hope of a common.

Cross section of people who bared their minds to NEWS PLATFORM applauded the vision of the most resplendent and erudite reformer, the acting CJ towards establishing additional court, saying that this is a clear demostration that he is out to restore the loss glory of the judiciary.

It could be recalled that the Acting Chief Judge had last week told the state that he is committed towards ensuring that the state judiciary is rated one of the best in the country.

He said: " we are here to see that Adamawa state judiciary is rated one of the best judiciary in the country", saying that judiciary belongs to all of them, and that they must strive to make it perform effectively.
