WE' RE TO ENSURE JUDICIARY IS RATED ONE OF THE BEST IN NIG-JUSTICE NATHAN



Adamawa Acting Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Nathan Musa, says he committed towards ensuring that the state judiciary is rated one of the best in the country. 


Justice Nathan, stated this while inaugurating a 4 Member Verification Committee he had constituted to verify the entire staff of the judiciary at the High Court's conference hall on Thursday.


He said: " we are here to see that Adamawa state judiciary is rated one of the best judiciary in the country", saying that judiciary belongs to all of them, and that they must strive to make it perform effectively.


He disclosed that on assumption of office, he discovered a lot of problems in judiciary in terms of staffing when compared to the total wage bill of over N200million monthly.


He explained that they can only achieve this whenever they are able to checkmate leakages, so that they can have funds to run judiciary effectively.
