Adamawa state police command on Saturday displayed properties recovered in the course of investigation and appealed to real owners to come and lay claim.
Properties recovered by the police includ; 5 motorcycles, 14 cattle, 21 sheeps, among others.
The command in a statement by the PPRO, DSP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, and made available NEWS PLATFORM, said that the properties recovered by the command's police operatives attached to Ganye Divisional police headquarters during investigations sometimes in 2020 and February, 2021 are still unclaimed.
DSP Nguroje, said that the commissioner of Police, CP Mohammed Ahmed Barde, is appealing to the general public whose motorcycles, cattle or sheeps were stolen or missing to report to police Divisional headquarters Ganye with original proof of ownership, reliable and trustworthy person(s) as guarantors to identify and lay claim accordingly.
The police Boss further assured the public of the command's commitment to safeguarding live and property.
