JUST IN: COURT RESERVES RIBADU's SUIT AGAINST BINANI FOR JUDGEMENT




The Federal High Court 1 Yola Division on Wednesday, reserved a suit instituted by former APC Governatorial Aspirant, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, for judgement. 


The presiding judge of the court, Justice A.M. Anka, reserved the suit for judgement, saying that the date for judgement will be communicated to the parties involved. 


NEWS PLATFORM recalled that Mallam Ribadu has dragged APC Governorship Candidate, Aishatu Binani, before the court, seeking the nullification of the primary election conducted on the 27th May, 2022.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. Magistrate Adamu ordered the remand of Nakura when he was arraigned before him over multiple allegations slammed against him by the Adamawa State Police Command. Alh. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM.
