The Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Amos K. Yohanna, has been honored with an award of recognition for his significant contributions to the development of the Niger Delta region.
The award was presented to him in his office by the President of the Urhobo Youths Council, Chief General Peter Aghogho, and the Secretary General, Chief Joseph Awolowo.
The delegation commended Senator Yohanna for his commitment and dedication to regional development, particularly in his role as the Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Regional Development.
Speaking during the presentation, Chief Aghogho praised the Senator’s efforts in advocating for policies and initiatives that positively impact the Niger Delta, noting that his contributions have been instrumental in addressing key developmental challenges in the region.
