Adamawa State Police Command on Monday, dragged no fewer than 110 persons to court for allegedly looting both government and private warehouses.
The suspects including 10 women were apprehended by the operatives of the command for allegedly looting warehouses in the early hours of Sunday.
The hoodlums had ransacked the affected warehouses and carted away both food and non food items belonging to government and private organisations.
The Spokesman of the Police Command, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, confirmed to NEWS PLATFORM that the accused were on Monday charged to court for prosecution.
SP Nguroje said that the command had arrested 110 suspects and recovered a lot of items, saying that investigation is ongoing to apprehend more suspects especially those who participated in the act as well as recover more items.
