Adamawa State House of Assembly Lawmaker representing Uba/Gaya constituency, Hon. Eng. Adum John Alaba, has extended his hearty felicitations to his constituents as the country’s Independence Day being observed today.
Hon. Alaba, in an Independence message in Yola, Adamawa state, congratulated his constituents and other Nigerian for their resilience and faith in a united democratic Nigeria.
He specifically congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Senator Aminu Iya Abbas, representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Speaker of the assembly, Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley, other lawmakers and his constituents on the occasion of nation's independence.
“On this occasion of our 64th Independence Anniversary, I want to specially celebrate our leader, Governor Fintiri, for transforming Adamawa state. He is providing good leadership that citizens of the state are yearning for', he added.
He used the opportunity and expressed his commitment to give Uba/Gaya needed leadership, appealing to them to support present administration in order to provide more dividends of democracy.
