The Secretary General and Head of Mission, West Africa Youth Congress, Ambassador Mohammed Ahmed Marafa, has congratulated the new President of Royalty Adamawa State, Mss Halima Bala.
Amb. Marafa, congratulated Mss Halima, on her emergence as the President of Royalty, and described her as mother and leader who has all it takes to lead as the royalty of Adamawa state.
"She is a colossus that has so many potentials in delivering the much needed support system to many. One of the many reasons of that endeared her the titled of the Gamji Cika-soro Yola", said Amb. Marafa.
He said, "My first day of meeting with Mss Halima Bala had proven her capacity and capability of leadership while she served as the Information Public Officer (IPO) of Modibbo Adama University Yola, and now as the 1st female Registrar of the same institution where she has brought a lots changes. This is beside being fully supportive to her principal, the Vice Chancellor of the University".
He further stated that being the "Gamji Cika-Soro" Yola, she maintained a cordial relationship with other traditional title holders and being submissive to her District Head.
Amb. Marafa, explained that while her loyalty to the "Sarauniya" Adamawa was uncompromised, saying that these are few among the many qualities that made her today the President of the Royalty of Adamawa State of Nigeria.
