ADAMAWA PDP RELEASES LIST CANDIDATES FOR LGC ELECTION



Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Adamawa state chapter, has released the names candidates that will participate in the forthcoming Local Government Councils election in the state.

The candidates emerged during the just concluded primary election conducted by the ruling party across the state.

The candidates will now slug it out with other candidates from other political parties during the LGCs polls.

The candidates include;Judah Amisa, Girei, Ibrahim Bappa, Yola North, Salihu U. Malkohi, Yola South, Innocent Koto ,Numan, Musa Mauro Umaru, Fufore, Elkanah Kados Fwa, Demsa, William P. Burton, Lamurde, Dimas Shekel, Gombi, and Abdulkareem A. Bakala, Jada.

Others are; Kassa Dangi Shallum, Guyuk, Danjuma Jedi Abdullahi, Shelleng, Michael Shehu, Michika, Jingi Rufai Kwaja, Mubi South, Habila M. Istifanus, Ganye, Gershon Kasuwa, Mayo Belwa, Kefas Calvin, Toungo, Idi Ali Amin, Maiha, James Pukuma, Hong.

Others include; Aiden Mullan Tsukom, Madagali, Abdulsalam Gidado, Song, and Musa Hassan, Mubi North.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. Magistrate Adamu ordered the remand of Nakura when he was arraigned before him over multiple allegations slammed against him by the Adamawa State Police Command. Alh. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM. Prof. Bulus Luka Gadiga. The leadership of the concerned citizens took a swipe at the erstwhile Governor for disrespecting the Royal Father, Michika Chiefdom and the entire good people of Michika.
