FINTIRI TO SWEAR IN NEWLY ELECTED LGCs CHAIRMEN TOMORROW

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state has approved Monday for the swearing in ceremony of the newly elected Local Government Councils Chairmen in the state.

A statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government(SSG), Mallam Bashir Ahmed and made available to NEWS PLATFORM this evening said that the Governor has fixed Monday for the exercise.

He said that all the 21 Chairmen elect will be presented with their Certificates of Return by the State Independent Electoral Commission(ADSIEC) prior to the swearing ceremony which will take place at the Mahmud Ribadu Square at 9:00 o'clock am.

Those that won yesterday's LGCs election and will be sworn in tomorrow include; Judah Amisa,(Girei), Elkanah Kados Fwa(Demsa), Jingi Rufai(Mubi South), Rev Habila Istifanus(Ganye), Gidado Abdulsalam(Song), Innocent Koto(Numan), Idi Aliyu Aminu(Maiha), Salihu Usman Malkohi(Yola south), Calvin Kefas(Toungo), Danjuma Kedi Abdullahi(Shelleng).

Others are; Michael Shehu(Michika), Gershion Kasuwa(Mayo Belwa), Abdulkarim Bakal(Jada), Burton William (Lamurde), Dimas Shekel Andikina(Gombi), Edan Scom(Madagali), Kassa Shallum Dangi(Guyuk), Musa Mauro Umaru(Fufore), James Pukuma(Hong), Ibrahim Bappa(Yola North), Yahaya Suleiman (Mubi North).
