The Court of Appeal sitting in Yola, the Adamawa state capital has just nullified the election of the incumbent Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state.
The nullification of the election by the Court followed the judgment delivered on the appeal brought before the court by the opposition All Progressives Congress, challenging the election of Governor Fintiri.
