An additional Judge has been posted to Yola Division of the Federal High Court in Adamawa state.
He is Honourable Justice S. K. Idrissa, from Yobe state. He has since assumed duty.
Justice Idrissa, is expected to serve with Honourable Justice A. M. Anka, who has been the only resident judge since 2017.
The new Judge, until his deployment, was the resident judge of Sokoto Division of the Federal High Court, Sokoto State.
By this posting, the Federal High Court Yola, now has 2 Judges, who are expected to ensure quick dispensation of justice.
