ADHA: Numan Lawmaker Seeks 3rd Term, Assures Better Days Ahead



Ahead of 2027 general elections, the Member representing Numan Constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly,  Hon. Pwamwakeno Mackondo, has expressed his interest to seek 3rd term in office.


To this end, the Lawmaker on Friday, officially obtained All Progressives Congress (APC) nomination form to contest for 3rd term so as continue to represent Numan Constituency.


Briefing newsmen shortly after obtaining his nomination form, the Lawmaker said that he decided to seek re-election to enable him continue represent his constituents at the hallowed chamber.


He highlighted some of the achievements he had recorded in his representation including empowering youth and women through Mackondo Wallet Programme, support to both rainy and dry season farmers, cash among several other empowerment.


He thanked his teeming electorate for their continued support and cooperation since assumption of office and reiterated his resolved to provide people oriented legislation if given another mandate.


On his preparation to confront primary election, he said that preparation is within the constituency, assuring that his preparation is well established within his constituency where he has a strong relationship with the people.


He emphasized the importance of letting his constituents know about his plans and achievements to gain their support to enable him continue represent them as required, assuring that better days are ahead.


He commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for creating a level playing ground as well as the leadership of the party and called on his electorate to continue to support the government of the day.
