"Dougirei Govt House is Yours" Numan Federation Assures Namdas

Hundreds of electorate across Lamurde, Numan and Demsa Local Government Areas in Adamawa State have promised to vote for APC Governorship Aspirant, Hon. Abdulrazak Namdas PhD during primary and general elections respectively.

The electorate made the promise while receiving the governorship hopeful and his entourage who visited the LGAs to canvass for votes ahead of governorship primary of the party.

Hon. Namdas, was warmly received by hundreds of supporters, well wishers, APC Exco across the 3 LGAs, who assured him and his entourage of their total support to ensure his victory at the polls.

Addressing mammoth crowd across the LGAs, Hon. Namdas, said that leadership of a state like Adamawa should be given to prepared leader who has experience and can deliver, assuring that he will be the Governor of Adamawa state come 2027.

He told the crowd that he has the needed leadership qualities as grassroots politician and extensive experience to steer the affairs of the state to a promised land, and promised to carry them along in the scheme of things.

He highlighted his early leadership roles including Chief Press Secretary to former Governor Boni Haruna, Spokesman of the House of Representatives and Chairman Committee on Army, contested election for the office Governor and held other key positions.

Hon. Namdas, described the electorate in the LGAs as people who keep to their promise, and assured that he will not fail them if elected the Governor.

He said that he will build on the legacy of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri by increasing number beneficiaries of PAWECA (Fintiri Business Wallet), recruit more workers and ensure timely promotion, connect communities with roads and strive to address insecurity.

He said Fintiri will not be able to complete developing in 8 years and pledged tustain his legacy where there will be no difference between his administration and that of Fintiri.

In his remarks, the Director General Namdas Campaign Organisation, Hon. Abdulrahman Shuaibu, said that they have brought a credible candidate, saying they are happy that the electorate in the zone have assured them of victory.

Also speaking at the event, the former Member Lamurde Constituency, Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Mike Zidon, said that he will not bring a leader who will not work for the the state.

Hon. Mike Zidon, pointed out the democracy is a game of choice and that his choice is Hon. Namdas, whom he described as an experienced leader who will perform excellently well.

In his welcome address, the Chairman APC Lamurde LGA, Hon. Babangida Philimon, assured him of their support towards his election, describing him as a competent leader to occupy Dougirei Government House.

Speaking, the APC Acting Chairman Demsa LGA, Hon. Samson Kumdita, said that people of Demsa do not fake their love to who they love, declaring that he is an aspirant they love.

Hon. Kumdita commended Hon. Namdas and others who for resisting an attempt to impose any candidate, saying that Adamawa state has reached an advance stage that they cannot give room for imposition.

Also, speaking, the Women and Youth Leaders Demsa LGA, Mrs. Janet George and Hon. Timothy Denis Innocent, said, "Demsa is the only LGA that if it says yes, it is always yes", and assured him of their support.

On their part, the APC Chairman and Women Leader Numan LGA, Hon. Ibrahim Usman Dankumbo, and Patricia Patrick, stressed their resolved to mobilise needed support for his victory.

Hon. Namdas and entourage used the opportunity and paid homage on their Royal Majesties, Hama Bachama, Homun Daniel Ismaila Shaga, Hama Batta, Homun Alhamdu G. Teneke and the Acting District Head of Gyawana, Hosea Ndullam.

He told the royal fathers that he was at the palaces to pay homage, seek their blessings as he goes into the race to enable win, stating that he has the capacity and experience to pilot the affairs of the state.

The royal fathers expressed happiness for the visit of Namdas whom they described as their son and assured him of success while offering fatherly advice and prayers for him.
