The Court of Appeal Abuja Division on Tuesday, reserved judgement in appeal filed against Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State. NEWS PLATFORM  This followed hearing in the appeal which was filed by the APC Governorship Candidate, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Binani and her party against Governor Fintiri, INEC and PDP. Aftet hearing, the Chairman of the 3-Member Panel, T. O. Awotoye PJ, said that the date of the judgement will be communicated to the parties involved.

  The Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley, has conveyed his appreciation to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and several other personalities for gracing the send forth prayer of his bride to be, Faith Ndana'acha. Rt. Hon. Bathiya, specifically appreciated Governor Fintiri, his wife, Lami Ahmadu Fintiri, Hon. Members of the assembly as well as staff of the assembly, Hon. Commissioners and several other dignitaries for their time. The Speaker, who extended his appreciation while presiding over Monday plenary session also thanked friends, well wishers, family members, Hoba community and entire constituents for the show of love. He thanked all of them for their support and understanding and prayed God to reward them abundantly.

Bathiya Wesley, at the sendforth prayer organised by his bride to be, Faith Ndana'acha. Again, the Court of Appeal Abuja Division has fixed Tuesday, 5th December, 2023 for hearing in appeal filed against Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State. NEWS PLATFORM  The appeal was filed by the APC Governorship Candidate, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Binani and her party against Governor Fintiri, INEC and PDP. Likewise, the court will conduct hearing in an appeal by Umar Abdullahi, APC against Calvin Kefas, PDP and INEC for Toungo constituency, Adamawa state House of Assembly.
