SALLAH: AMNA SHELLENG APPEALS FOR COMPLETION OF KIRI-SHELLENG ROAD

As Muslim all over the world celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, the Amna Shelleng, Alh. Abdullahi Isa Dasong, has appealed to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, led administration to come to their aid by completing the construction of Kiri-Shelleng road.

The road project was stated by the immediate past Governor Muhammad Umar Jibrilla, but could not be completed by the past government.

Delivering his message shortly after performing his sallah in Shelleng today, the royal father made a passionate appeal on Governor Fintiri, to help the communities in his domain by completing the road project so as to ease movement of goods and services.

The First Class Chief, who was represented by the Acting District Head of Shelleng, Abubakar Isa Dasong, noted that the completion of the project will go along way in enhancing socio economic activities in the affected areas.

He used the avenue and called on farmers and hersmen to avoid things that will cause misunderstanding, disunity, and urged them to live in peace and harmony for the progress of the society, saying nothing meaningful will be achieved in a chaotic situation.

He congratulated Muslim faithful for a successful 2019, Eid-el-Kabir celebration, and called on them to continue in rendering prayers for peace and progress in the state and the nation at large.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM.
